    Within 2 weeks after receiving the reservation confirmation 50% of the total rental sum must to be paid unless otherwise stated.

    the payment of the remaining balance is as followed:
  1. The remaining balance will be fullfilled on arrival at the reception or the balance will be transfered by bank at least one week before arrival.

  3. On earlier departure or later arrival than reserved there will be no compensation.

    CHANGES IN ALREADY CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS On MODIFICATIONS CONTAINING A PARTIAL CANCELLATION (EG. REDUCTION OF THE BOOKED PERIOD) the CANCELLATION POLICY will be apllicable for that part.

    Arrival and departure - the camping site can be entered from 13:00hour onward and needs to be cleared before 12:00hour and left clean and tidy.

    Cancelation:
  1. WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF RESERVATION the reservation CAN BE CANCELLED free of charge, EXCEPT when THE RESERVATIONS MADE and confirmed 8 WEEKS before arrival.
  2. Cancellation between 7 DAYS AFTER THE confirmation DATE AND 8 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL, 25% of the total rental fee will be charged.
  3. Cancellation 8 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL and the day of arrival, 50% of the total rental fee will be charged.
  4. You must cancel in writing (email).
    * We recommend that you close on a cancellation insurance with your local insurance agent.

    Liability rules

  2. CAMPERS MUST RESPECT THE CONDUCT WHICH THE MANAGER SEEKS TO HAVE OBSERVED BY the PRESENT campers.
  3. THE CAMPER whom causes annoyance and nuisance can, after warning, bE REMOVED from THE CAMPING, without REFUND OF PAYMENTS.
  4. STATEMENTS OF EMPLOYEES OF CAMPING ILE DE Faigneul SA, regardless of position, RELATING the liability of CAMPING ILE DE Faigneul SA ARE NOT BINDING.
